Summer Jumpstart to Your Ideal Weight!

Summer is the easiest time to find your ideal weight:

  • It is warm so you do not need heavy foods.
  • There is a plethora of fresh local vegetables and fruits available in gardens and farmer’s markets.
  • It is a great time to be outside and active- it is warm and the days are long!
  • The sunshine gives you energy!
  • We are thirsty for a lot of cleansing liquids!

What you will get:

  • 3 approximately hour-long Zoom classes on Monday nights at 7:30pm.
  • Helpful recipes and suggestions for easy meal prep and other weight loss tips.
  • Suggestions for healthy choices to bring to outdoor gatherings, swim excursions, or potlucks.
  • Experiential exercises, meditations, or movement each class.
  • Support from the group.

Join me, Barb Alpert, MEd, certified health coach, clinical herbalist, and yoga instructor, for a quick 2 week class to raise your consciousness about some good methods to clean up your habits and give you support so that you can move quickly toward your ideal weight.  We meet on Mondays, 7:30 pm Eastern time August 2nd, August 9th and August 16th for inspiration and fun!  Cost is only $89!
